What if I told you that a real estate website can become your best salesperson in every language, 24/7?

That’s exactly what Ida, Christoffer and Dominic were looking for when they trusted Mediaelx to develop their new WEB + CRM project for CJ Real Estate.

Their goal was clear: stop relying on generic solutions and build a real experience for international buyers. The result has been a real turning point.


A website designed for European buyers (for real)

CJ Real Estate works with clients from Northern Europe looking to buy in areas such as the Costa Blanca, Costa Cálida and Mallorca. However, they were facing a very common issue: many real estate websites claim to be international, but in reality they only use automatic translations without real adaptation to the user.

In this project, we did the exact opposite.

We built a website available in 8 languages: Spanish, English, French, Swedish, German, Polish, Russian and Hungarian, where each version is naturally written and focused on the end customer.

Because selling to a foreign client is not about translating, it’s about connecting with them in their own language and context.

Real usability: designed for a +60 audience

One of the most important aspects of the project was CJ Real Estate’s customer profile.

Many of their buyers:

  • Are over 60 years old
  • Do not have advanced digital skills
  • Look for clarity, simplicity and trust

That’s why we developed a website focused on true usability:

  • Simple and intuitive navigation
  • Clear structure from the very first click
  • Property listings that are easy to understand

The goal was to remove any friction and ensure users can find what they are looking for effortlessly.


Mobile-first: built for today’s user behaviour

Today, most users browse from mobile devices. However, many websites are still not truly optimised for this reality.

In this project, everything was developed with a mobile-first approach:

  • Fast and accessible property search
  • Smooth navigation on any device
  • Optimised experience across both web and CRM

CJ Real Estate needed a clearer way to present their new-build developments.

To achieve this, we implemented the Promotions tool, which allows:

This way, clients can fully understand each development without browsing multiple individual listings, improving the experience and making decision-making easier.
