This morning we held our webinar in English on Real Estate XML Import Solutions, a session designed to help estate agencies that work with XML imports and want to improve their property management, avoid common mistakes, and get more out of their connections with collaborators, MLS, and other XML providers.
And if you couldn't attend live, you can now watch the full video.
For around an hour, we discussed real-life situations that many agencies experience on a day-to-day basis: properties not importing correctly, disappearing images, duplicate listings, errors when working with collaborators, issues with providers such as MLS, Habihub, or other XML feeds, and common doubts about how to manage this data within the website and the CRM.
A practical session, putting real problems on the table
The aim of the webinar was not to offer a complex technical explanation that is hard to follow, but rather to clearly show what might be happening when an XML import does not work as it should.
Throughout the session, we explained, using real examples, some of the most common issues:
- Why do some properties not appear on the website?
- What can cause errors with images?
- How are duplicate properties generated?
- What happens when a provider changes the XML structure?
- Why don't property descriptions appear in all languages when I import them?
- Why do I remove an XML provider and still see their houses on my website?
We also spoke about the importance of checking the root of the problem before applying changes, as XML imports involve several elements: the provider, the feed, the data structure, the CRM, the website, and each agency's configuration.

Small adjustments that can prevent major issues in your XML imports
During the webinar, we shared practical solutions and recommendations to help you better understand these problems and know how to act in each case.
It serves as a brief, useful guide for agencies to better identify what is happening, what information they need to review, and how to correctly report an issue when an error appears in an XML import.
If you work with properties from collaborators, MLS, Habihub, MetaInmo, Resales Online, or other XML providers, this webinar can help you better understand how these connections work and why errors sometimes appear that aren't always visible to the naked eye.
