Our relationship with Elicasa began almost 15 years ago, when we first met Raúl and Eli. Since then, we have kept in touch over the years, sharing conversations about the industry, watching the market evolve and seeing how the needs of estate agencies have changed.
Until the time was right.
And when they decided to renew their digital infrastructure, they knew exactly what they were looking for: a tool that would help them continue growing without complicating the way they work.

Elicasa has been working with buyers from across Europe for years.
Raúl and Eli are a close-knit team who assist their clients in Spanish, English and Swedish, making the entire buying process considerably easier.
Although they specialise in resale properties, their experience in full renovation projects and detached homes has enabled them to build a close relationship with local property developers.
This means they can advise buyers just as naturally whether they are looking for a resale property or want to purchase a new-build development.
This in-depth knowledge of the market also needed to be reflected in their new digital presence.

In the case of Elicasa, there are two equally important audiences.
On the one hand, buyers looking for a property on the Costa Blanca.
And on the other, property owners who want to sell their property through a trusted estate agency.
That is why the new website was designed with both audiences in mind.
The aim was for every user to quickly find what they needed, regardless of whether they arrived looking to buy or sell.

Elicasa now has a fast, intuitive property CRM available in Spanish and English, allowing the team to manage properties, clients, follow-ups, content and sales opportunities without constantly switching between different platforms.
When all the information is connected, work flows differently.
