Starting a new project always feels special.

At Mediaelx, we like to take care of that first step, which is why we wanted to surprise Prime Home Alicante with a welcome box prepared by our team. A small gesture to celebrate the start of a new collaboration and to thank Esther García and Ramón Martín for placing their trust in us.

Prime Home Alicante is a property development and construction company with a presence in areas such as Finestrat, Benijófar, Dehesa de Campoamor, Torrevieja and Gran Alacant. Their new website has a very clear objective: to present their projects in an elegant, straightforward and professional way, without making the user experience unnecessarily complicated.

A corporate website for a developer with its own identity

Prime Home Alicante did not need a traditional estate agency website.

Their aim was not to display a list of properties like an estate agency, but to create a corporate website capable of showcasing who they are, how they work and which projects they are developing on the Costa Blanca.

That is why the design has been built around a very clear idea: less noise, more clarity.

A carefully crafted visual identity.
Simple navigation.
An intuitive structure.
And a way of presenting the projects that helps users quickly understand what matters most.

The result is a visual, clean and easy-to-navigate website, designed to convey professionalism from the very first glance.

When design helps you sell more effectively

A good-looking website can grab attention, but a well-thought-out website does much more.

It helps users find the information they need.
It builds trust in the company.
It makes it easier to get in touch.

And it turns every project into a clearer and more attractive presentation.

In the case of Prime Home Alicante, the design works precisely in this direction. It is not about overwhelming visitors with too many elements, but about highlighting what matters most: the projects, the quality of the company and how easy it is to request further information.

The calls to action are integrated naturally, the contact forms are easy to access and the navigation guides users through the website without making them think too hard about where to go next.

Because when someone visits a website to discover a new development, the important thing is for everything to flow naturally.

Well-presented projects, clear information and a more convenient experience

One of the most important aspects of this website is the project page.

For a property developer or construction company, every project deserves a carefully considered presentation. It is not simply about showing images, but about clearly explaining what is being developed, where it is located and what the customer can expect.

On the new Prime Home Alicante website, project pages are organised to present the essential information in a clear and visual way.

Users can explore ongoing projects, completed developments, locations, images, features and key information without getting lost in unnecessary details.

This way of presenting projects helps improve the visitor experience while also reinforcing the company's image.

A website designed for both Spanish and international buyers

Prime Home Alicante operates in a market where multilingual communication is important.

That is why its new website is available in Spanish, English and French, making it easier for different types of clients to discover the company and its projects in their own language.

When a company targets an international audience, its website is often the customer's first real point of contact.

And that first contact needs to make the right impression.

A professional design, simple navigation and clear communication can make the difference between a user who leaves the website and one who decides to request further information.

An example for other companies in the sector

The new Prime Home Alicante website is a great example of how a company in the property sector can present its work in a more modern, elegant and user-friendly way.

Not every website needs to look the same.

An estate agency, property developer, construction company or business specialising in residential projects needs different solutions. And that difference should be reflected in the design, structure and way the company communicates.

A website should help users understand who you are, what you offer and why it is worth getting in touch with you.

And when the design achieves that, it becomes more than just a visual part of the project: it becomes a sales tool.

Thank you, Esther and Ramón, for trusting Mediaelx

For Mediaelx, this project marks the beginning of a new collaboration with Prime Home Alicante.

We would like to thank Esther García and Ramón Martín for placing their trust in our team to develop their company's new digital presence.

The Mediaelx surprise box was simply a small gesture to celebrate the beginning of this journey together. Behind every project there are many decisions, many conversations and a shared idea: to create a tool that helps the company present itself better, communicate more clearly and move forward with a solid digital foundation.

Thank you to Prime Home Alicante for allowing us to be part of this new chapter!
