- Custom sections: We created dedicated sections for featured properties, recently viewed properties, and special offers, allowing Moraga IMMO to highlight what matters most to them and capture the user's attention.
- “Areas” Pages: We created dedicated sections for the different areas covered by Moraga IMMO, highlighting the unique characteristics of each zone and facilitating searches by region.
- Availability calendar: We added a calendar that allows users to see the available dates for rental properties, making planning and booking easier.
- User registration: Users can register to save their favourite searches, receive alerts for new properties, and access exclusive content.
CRM Integration
The website is connected to our powerful CRM, which includes a range of tools and automations specifically designed for the real estate sector, allowing Moraga IMMO to manage their properties and clients more efficiently and effectively in their daily operations:
- Property Map: An interactive visual tool that facilitates the management and location of properties in different areas, improving efficiency and responsiveness to client inquiries.
- Portal Inquiries: Integrates properties into multiple real estate portals, significantly expanding the reach and visibility of each property, resulting in more sales or rental opportunities.
- Automatic Newsletter: Automates the sending of newsletters to clients with the latest updates, properties, and offers, keeping clients informed and increasing engagement.
- Areas of Interest: A section dedicated to highlighting the different areas and regions where they operate, providing detailed and relevant information. It allows categorisation and positioning of properties according to their location.
- Save Searches and Alerts: Offers users the ability to save their searches and receive alerts when new properties matching their criteria are added, improving the user experience and increasing the likelihood of conversion.
- FAQs: Provides a section of frequently asked questions where users can find answers to the most common questions, improving transparency and trust in the service.
- Fair Tool: Given the importance of fairs for Moraga IMMO, we developed a custom module in our CRM to manage all information related to these events. This tool allows:
- Register clients directly at the fair.
- Manage leads generated at fairs in a more organised way.
- Save additional information in the client file, such as mortgage details, purchase estimates, etc.
- Download information for subsequent email marketing campaigns.
