Many buyers check Google to see whether your office is open. If your profile isn’t updated, they may turn up… and find a closed door. Avoid clients visiting your office when no one is there.

- Indicate public holidays or full closure days

5. Schedule key tasks for your return
The first day back after the holidays is not the time to improvise. Schedule the following in your CRM in advance:
- Follow-up calls
- Reminders to contact cold leads
- Appointments that were left pending before the holidays
- Planned posts or newsletters
