Not all estate agency websites are designed for those who will actually use them.

And that was precisely what defined this project from the very beginning.

Christine and Vincent, at the helm of HOUSE IN SPAIN INVEST, had a very clear idea: they wanted a website genuinely designed for their Dutch client. Not an automatically translated page. Not a "more or less adapted" version. They were looking for a platform created with logic, structure and content aligned with the way that audience browses, compares and makes decisions.

That's where the value of this project begins.

Because when an estate agency truly knows its client, the website stops being a simple showcase and becomes a strategic tool.

A family agency with experience and a clear vision

HOUSE IN SPAIN INVEST is a Belgian family estate agency, specialising in properties in Spain. With over 20 years of experience, they help national and international clients to buy and sell homes in Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa and surrounding areas.

Their way of working is based on close, personalised service, accompanying clients throughout the entire process, from the initial search to signing before the notary.

This human and professional approach also needed to be reflected in their new digital presence.

And for this, they needed a website up to the task.

The starting point: a website focused on the Dutch client

One of the most important aspects of the project was this: the website had to be genuinely oriented towards the Netherlands market.

It wasn't just about having the site in Dutch. That was the bare minimum. What mattered was building an experience designed for that user:

  • with clear navigation
  • with a simple structure
  • with well-organised information
  • and with visual language that's easy to interpret

This point is key because many agencies claim to work with international markets, but few adapt their website to how each client browses and decides.

At HOUSE IN SPAIN INVEST they wanted to do it properly from the start.

A clear, simple website prepared for a defined client profile

Another decisive detail of the project was the profile of their audience.

A large proportion of HOUSE IN SPAIN INVEST's clients are over 60 years old, so the website couldn't be cluttered, confusing or dependent on complex processes.

It had to be a website that was easy to use from the very first moment.

That's why we worked on a structure designed to reduce friction and facilitate navigation:

  • simple, well-connected menus
  • intuitive search function
  • clearly visible featured sections
  • clear calls to action
  • accessible forms
  • and a clean presentation of properties

The objective was very specific: for users to quickly find what they're looking for and feel comfortable throughout the entire journey.

A cleaner, more current web redesign that's more coherent with their brand

At the visual level, the change has also been significant.

The new HOUSE IN SPAIN INVEST website opts for an aesthetic that's:

  • cleaner
  • more ordered
  • more minimalist
  • and much more aligned with their corporate identity

We've worked on coherent use of brand colours, better visual hierarchy and a structure where everything breathes better.

Furthermore, properties are presented more clearly, with quality photographs, organised content and a much more pleasant user experience.

It's not just about "looking good".
It's about conveying professionalism, trust and clarity.

And that, in the property sector, makes all the difference.

Mobile-first, because today's clients access from mobile

In this project we placed strong emphasis on one essential point: the mobile-first experience.

Nowadays, most users access from their mobile phones. And that requires thinking about every part of the website from that reality.

The new HOUSE IN SPAIN INVEST website is 100% adapted to mobiles, with:

  • comfortable navigation
  • visible buttons
  • quick forms
  • smooth loading
  • and easy access to important information

But it doesn't end there.

This same approach has also been transferred to the CRM, so that the agency can manage properties, contacts and leads efficiently from any device.

In other words, the project improves both the client experience and the agency's internal operations.

Resale and new build, but with a much more useful structure

HOUSE IN SPAIN INVEST wanted to focus exclusively on two lines:

  • resale
  • new build

And in particular, the new build section needed a more professional and clear presentation.

For this we incorporated the Developments tool, which allows each project to be displayed in a complete and organised way, including:

  • brochures
  • visual content
  • map
  • floor plans
  • availability
  • key development information

This prevents clients from having to browse through dozens of individual properties to understand a development.

In other words, it improves product understanding and makes decision-making much easier.

Website + Mediaelx CRM: a structure designed to work better

Another major point of the project is that we're not just talking about a website.

We're talking about a website connected to a professional CRM, forming a unified system.

This allows the agency to:

  • manage properties from a single environment
  • control leads and forms
  • update content efficiently
  • work from any device
  • and maintain an organised and efficient structure

A website with no real connection to daily operations falls short.
Here, on the other hand, everything is designed so that lead generation and management go hand in hand.

An international website, well-crafted and without the feel of "translation"

HOUSE IN SPAIN INVEST needed an international platform. That's why the new website is presented in three languages:

  • English
  • Spanish
  • Dutch

But the key isn't in the number of languages.
The key is that the experience doesn't feel like a forced translation.

And that was one of the main objectives of the project: for the Dutch client to feel they were on a website designed for them.

And as with every new project… the Mediaelx Surprise Box arrived

Following the website launch, we delivered our now well-known Mediaelx Surprise Box.

We won't reveal its contents, but it does represent something important to us: every new project deserves to be celebrated.

Because behind every website there are many hours of work, strategic decisions and continuous support.

And when the result reflects all of this well, we like to mark the moment.

Thank you, Christine and Vincent

Thank you for trusting Mediaelx for this new stage.

This project demonstrates very well something that many agencies still overlook: an effective website isn't just based on having properties online. It's based on understanding the client, facilitating navigation and connecting the public-facing part with professional internal management.

And that's exactly what we've built together.

Is your website genuinely designed for your client?

If you work with international clients…
if your website doesn't properly reflect your positioning…
if you want a clearer, more modern structure better connected to your CRM…

Perhaps you don't simply need a new website.
Perhaps you need a better-designed website.

At Mediaelx we've been helping estate agencies to take that step for over 20 years.

And yes… you'll also get your Surprise Box.
