It is not a general website maintenance service and does not replace the XML supplier, but it does allow clients to rely on our technical team to analyse each case, identify the origin of the issue and apply the possible solutions within the MediaElx system.

Important: the XML depends on the external supplier
We want to be completely transparent about this point.
MediaElx can review, adapt, map and help manage the data received from an XML feed, but we do not control the original quality of the data sent by each external supplier.
If a supplier sends incorrect areas, duplicate properties, outdated images, wrongly classified property types or incomplete information, our team can analyse the situation and apply solutions where technically possible, but the original source of the data remains the responsibility of the supplier.
This is precisely why this service is so important: it allows agencies to better identify where the issue lies and act in a structured way.
Sometimes the solution will involve adjustments within the MediaElx system. In other cases, the external supplier will need to correct the information at source. And in some situations, it may be necessary to assess whether that XML feed is really suitable for the agency’s strategy and structure.

MediaElx XML Care & Support works through hourly support packages, allowing each agency to hire the level of support they actually need.

5 hours: €300 + VAT
10 hours: €550 + VAT
These hours can be used for tasks related to reviewing, analysing, adjusting, cleaning, checking or providing technical support for XML imports.
